Volunteer Opportunity for Municipal Property Corporation Member

EAGAR MUNICIPAL PROPERTY CORPORATION IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A COMMITTEE MEMBER

The Town of Eagar has two openings on its Municipal Property Corporation. This is a volunteer citizen position and a good opportunity to serve your community. For background, the Eagar Municipal Property Corporation (MPC) is a non-profit corporation formed under State law. The responsibilities of the MPC include financing the purchase, construction, or improvement of qualifying buildings and equipment to be used or leased by the Town. The MPC meets at least once a year in November to appoint officers, and a few other times as needed throughout the year. MPC Board members are appointed for three-year terms.
