The Memorial Tree & Shrub Program of the Eagar Cemetery Committee offers to the community the opportunity to use the beauty of creation to memorialize the life of a loved one, or you can make a donation to help beautify the cemetery.
A living memorial, which is dedicated to someone's memory can provide lasting comfort and is a wonderful tribute of beauty and joy.
The Committee can purchase and plant a tree or shrub in your or your loved one's name, for $50.00. Living memorials are a wonderful way to remember your loved ones while enhancing the beauty of our cemetery for all to enjoy. All trees and shrubs are placed within the cemetery according to the availability of suitable terrain and the Town of Eagar’s Cemetery regulations.
Cemetery personnel will give all plantings reasonable care, but their survival cannot be guaranteed in perpetuity. Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year. Plantings will be made as weather and scheduling permit. Each memorial/donation will be identified via sign placement in our directory. A Memorial Planting Certificate, suitable for framing, will be mailed to the donor.
