We’re looking for community volunteers to help make the AZ 250 Traveling Museum Event a success! This exciting event celebrates Arizona’s rich history and the upcoming America 250 commemoration.
Volunteers can assist with:
• Greeting visitors
• Helping with exhibits and activities
• Supporting vendors and event staff
• General event assistance throughout the day

The Arizona Game and Fish Department (Pinetop Region) will be in the Round Valley area capturing up to four mule deer to place GPS tracking collars as part of an ongoing wildlife movement study.

The America 250 Museum Exhibit is coming, and we’re looking for community volunteers to help make this historic experience unforgettable! Hours and number of volunteers may change as the event gets closer.
🕙 Approx Hours of Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM
⏱ Volunteer Shifts (3 hrs each):
• 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
🙌 Volunteer Opportunities Include:
🔔 Liberty Bell / Van Entrance (2 per shift)
• Manage visitor lines & timed viewing groups
🚶 Exit Flow & Guest Assistance (2 per shift)
• Help guests exit smoothly & assist with ADA needs
🎪 General Event Support (2 per shift)
• Answer questions, assist booths & support guests
⭐ Volunteer Leads (2 total)
• Coordinate volunteers & support event operations
✔️ We anticipate 20 volunteers total for the day
✔️ Backup volunteers will be placed on a waitlist
