On January 5, 2022 Tammi Denise Sanders, age 49 of Luna was charged with Interfering with Judicial Proceedings. She was cited and released.
On January 6, Officers took a Theft report from N. Dale Street in Eagar. Missing was a freestanding air conditioner and interior closet doors. This case is under investigation.
On January 8, Dwight Anthony Moya, age 23 of Eagar was charged with Extreme DUI, DUI above .08 and Speed not Reasonable and Prudent. He was cited and released.
On January 11, Officers responded to a Non-injury Collision at Central Avenue and Butler Street. Bryce Hale, age 24 of Eagar was charged with Failure to Control to Avoid a Collision. He was cited and released.
On January 12, Officer responded to a Non-injury Collision at E. 4th Avenue and N. Butler Street. Casey Mariana Medina- Gonzalez, age 19 of Eagar was charged with Failure to Control to Avoid and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. She was cited and released.
On January 13, Derrick Tsinajinie, age 30 of Eagar was charged with Shoplifting, 2nd Degree Trespassing and Resisting Arrest. He was cited and released.
On January 23, Officers responded to a Non-injury Collision at Central Avenue and Main Street. Sandy Kerszykowski, age 57 of Eagar was charged with Failure to Stop at Red Light. She was cited and released.
On February 3, Shawn Edward Jackson, age 28 of Eagar was arrested on two Warrants for Probation Violation and Violation of Court Order. He was booked into Apache County Jail.
On February 6, Andrew Fabian, age 28 of Eagar was charged with Shoplifting. He was cited and released.
On February 7, a 15-year-old female of Eagar was charged with Assault and Criminal Damage. She was referred to Apache County Juvenile Probation.

On February 18, Kimberly Ann Drake, age 25 of Springerville was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. She was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On March 1, Samuel Parker, age 33 of Eagar was arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Trespass. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On March 5, Aaron Lee Cisco, age 30 of Eagar was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Comply. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On March 11, a 12-year-old female of Eagar was charged with Incorrigible Runaway. She was referred to Apache County Juvenile Probation.

On March 22, Officers responded to a Non-injury Collision at S. Butler Street and E. 4th Street. Larry William Good, age 68 of Eagar was charged with a Stop Sign Violation. He was cited and released.
On March 23, an 11-year-old female of Springerville was charged with Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Incorrigible Truancy. She was referred to Apache County Juvenile Probation.
On April 18, Officers took a Theft report from N. Brant Drive. Missing was a flatbed trailer. This case is under investigation.
On April 20, Officers took a Theft report from S. Butler Street. Missing was a knife, a collector coin and a sharpening stone. This case is under investigation.
On April 20, Connor Daniel Hobson, age 21 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault, DV Criminal Damage and DV Disorderly Conduct. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.

On May 6, Carissa Paige Peters, age 22 of Eagar was charged with DUI and DUI above .20. She was cited and released.
On May 8, Colton James Carroll, age 25 of Eagar was arrested and charged with False Reporting and Resisting Arrest and also on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On May 15, Derrick Tsinajinie, age 31 of Eagar was arrested and charged for Domestic Violence Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Endangerment. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On May 16, Officers took a Criminal Damage report on N. Harless Street. Unknown driver ran into a building. This case is under investigation.

On June 30, Colton James Carroll, age 25 of Eagar was arrested on a Warrant for Original Charges. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On June 20, Justin Allen DeLawrence, age 27 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Endangerment, 6 counts of Threaten and Intimidate and 6 counts of Disorderly Conduct. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On July 7, John Jason Baca, age 51 of Springerville was arrested and charged with Assault, Threaten and Intimidate and Disorderly Conduct. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On July 17, Amanda Jane Gibson, age 29 of Eagar was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. She was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On July 23, Officers took a Theft report on W. Central Avenue. Bicycle rims and tires were taken. This case is under investigation.
On July 30, Brian Hurd Nelson, age 66 of Springerville was arrested on 2 Warrants for Probation Violation and Failure to Pay. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On August 1, Tony Ruiz, age 42 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Damage, Disorderly Conduct, Dangerous Drug Possession and Drug Paraphernalia Possession. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On August 4, Officers responded to a Non-injury Collision on S. Harless Street and W. 4th Avenue. Rosario Hinojos, age 49 of Eagar was charged with a Stop Sign Violation. She was cited and released.
On August 9, Derrick Tsinajinie, age 30 of Eagar was charged with Obstructing a Public Thoroughfare and Disorderly Conduct. He was cited and released.
On August 15, a 16-year-old male of Lakeside was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, Failure to Comply with an Officer, Dangerous Drug Possession and Drug Paraphernalia Possession. He was also arrested on 3 Bench Warrants. He was booked into Apache County Juvenile Detention.
On August 28, Officers took a Criminal Damage report on W. School Bus Road. A vehicle was driven into a yard, damaging 2 fences. This report is under investigation.
On August 28, Derrick Tsinajinie, age 30 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Threaten and Intimidate and Public Nuisance. He was booked into Apache County Jail.
On August 29, Officers took a Burglary report from S. Harless Street. Drywall tools and miscellaneous other household items had been taken. This case is under investigation.
On August 30, Christian Lee Nasse, age 67 of Springerville was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Criminal Trespass and on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On September 9, a 13-year-old male of Eagar was charged with Drug Paraphernalia Possession. He was referred to Apache County Juvenile Detention.
On September 9, Officers responded to a Private Property Collision off of N. Main Street. Jose Ulices Torres-Gomez, age 22 of Springerville was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident. He was cited and released.
On September 20, Geneva Ruth Hollingshead, age 22 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault, Criminal Damage and Disorderly Conduct. She was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On September 25, Nicole Traphagan, age 32 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault and 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct. She was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On September 26, Officers took a Theft report from N. Main Street in Eagar. Persons unknown stole a display of Vapes. This case is under investigation.
On October 1, Officers took a Burglary report on S. Butler Street. A drill was taken. This case is under investigation.

On November 8, Ivan Lee James, age 41 of Eagar was arrested and charged with Dangerous Drug Possession and 6 counts of Drug Paraphernalia Possession. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
On November 23, Officers responded to a Non-injury Collision on N. Main Street. Shaun Michael Beatty, age 34 of Colorado was charged with Failure to Stop at an Accident, Failure to Provide Information at Accident and Driving on a Suspended License. He was cited and released.
On November 26, Officers took a Criminal Damage report on S. Amity Lane. Much damage was done to the interior drywall of a home. This case is under investigation.
