From Showlow Dispatch:
The Show Low White Mountain Regional Communication Center proudly handles 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls for three police departments, including Show Low Police Department, and six fire departments throughout the White Mountain region.
Effective at midnight on Tuesday, September 29, we welcome Round Valley Police Department and Round Valley Fire and Medical to our dispatch family!
📞 For non-emergency calls requiring police, fire, or medical services in these new service areas, call 928-537-4365.
🚨 For emergencies, always call 9-1-1.
Bringing new agencies into our dispatch center takes extensive planning, coordination, and work behind the scenes. We extend our sincere thanks to Round Valley Police Chief Doyle, Office Manager Amy Sloane, Round Valley Fire and Medical Chief Levi Penrod, Assistant Chief Robert Pena, and all their staff for helping make this transition possible.
We also thank our amazing IT department for handling the technology transitions and our dedicated dispatchers for their hard work and warm welcome to our newest consortium members.
Welcome, Round Valley Police Department and Round Valley Fire and Medical! We look forward to serving your communities together. 💙❤️
