PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Eagar is seeking public comment on the Eagar Broadband Project. The Town of Eagar has completed an Environmental Review Record (ERR) and determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. A copy of the Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds can be viewed/downloaded here:Eagar Notice of FONSI and RROF_0115
The ERR can also be accessed online at: https://cpd.hud.gov/cpd-public/environmental-reviews or requested via email to b.eagar@eagaraz.gov or by calling 928-333-4128 x. 221. You may also view the ERR at Town Hall, 22 W. 2nd Street, Eagar, AZ 85925 weekdays 7 A.M to 5:30 P.M.
Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the ERR to the Town Manager (RE). All comments received by February 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. will be considered by the Town of Eagar.
