How to reserve Council Chamber or Community Room:
Application is available on town’s website under Use of town facilities forms. The fees are also listed on the website under meeting rooms in the fee schedule (follow link). All rentals require a $50.00 deposit. A certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming the Town of Eagar as an added insured is required if food is being served, physical activities or demonstrations are involved. All signed applications are to be submitted to town hall and payment made prior to use.
How to get Racquetball Court Codes:
Racquetball court codes can be purchased at town hall and at the fire department.

How to start a new utility service:
Need to come to water department at town hall (22 W 2nd St) to fill out, sign paperwork and pay fees. Call town hall with any questions at 928-333-4128.
The cost for deposit is $100.00 and the service fee and tax is $43.64. Payment can be made by
check, cash or credit card.
You will need to provide the following information: mailing address, phone number, driver’s license and social security number.
If property is vacant (water is not on), someone will need to be on site when water is turned on.
How to do a new service hookup:
Need to come to town hall to fill out and sign paperwork.
Prices for new hook-ups can be found under fee schedule section on town’s website.
Prices will depend on type of hook-up (water/sewer) needed and if a road crossing is involved to complete hook-up.
Required information for paperwork is the same as above.
How to make utility payments:
Utility payments can be made in person, placing payment in night drop, by phone, setting up automatic payments through Express Bill Pay or by setting up direct payment withdrawal by the Town of Eagar on checking or savings bank account.
To set up payment through Express Bill Pay.
Go to town website.
Click on pay utility bill (follow link) and follow prompts.
To have the town do a direct payment from a checking or savings account.
Need to fill out direct payment plan form.
Return form to town hall with a voided check attached.
Payments will be made from your checking or savings account. This process may take up
to two months before payments are automatically withdrawn from banking account.
