Councilman Timothy N Rasmussen
II was born in Artesia, Arizona. I am a fourth generation (two parental
sides) Arizona native and a life long resident, a source
of great personal
pride. I was raised in Globe. Having spent my life in a small town, I could
not wait to move to a big city, where I was involved in the construction
industry: ten years as a yard manager for a truss manufacturing plant, two
and a half years as a truss designer using a CAD program and eight years as
a plant manager for a national home building corporation. After twenty plus
years of big city living, I was more than ready to return to my small town
roots. Having spent my growing up years vacationing in the White Mountains
and Round Valley area, I had the opportunity to make Eagar my small town
permanent home.
I have been working for a
subcontractor at the Springerville Generating Station. I am a member of
Apache County ATV Roughriders and am the Scout Master of Troop 80.
I have served the Town of Eagar as a member of the
Planning and Zoning Commission and currently serving in the Pitch In, Clean
Up Beautification Committee and the Cemetery Committee.
I am humbled and honored by the opportunity to serve
the Citizens of the Town of Eagar as a member of the Eagar Town Council.
