Town Clerk Eva Wilson
Eva
Wilson was raised in Springerville and has been a resident of Eagar for 20
years. Eva has been an employee of the Town of Eagar for over 15 years,
coming from the police department where she served in the position of
dispatcher, Records Clerk Supervisor and Administrative Assistant. Eva
believes that a successful Town Government requires
pro-active citizen
involvement, and encourages residents to take an active interest in their
town's management. She is a Master Herbalist and in her spare times
enjoys wild crafting, creating herbal formulas, camping and enjoying every
recreational opportunity these White Mountains have to offer.

Assistant Town
Clerk-Marion Wiltbank
Marion Wiltbank has been a resident of
Eagar since 1967. She has worked for the Town of Eagar for 7 years.
Marion takes care of your cemetery and business license requirements.
She would like the citizens of Eagar to take an active interest in the
town government and to volunteer to help on the cemetery board.
Marion has been married to Bill T. Wiltbank for 37 years and is the mother
of five children and grandmother of 14. Her interests include
camping, ATV riding and learning the history/memories of this valley from
the older folks. She loves living in Eagar where the pace of life is
slower and where there are so many recreational opportunities.
Ordinances
An ordinance is a law or rule made by, in this case,
a town government. Ordinances are brought before the Town Council for
their approval or authorization of an action the citizens or
administration deems worthy to make into a law or rule. Once an ordinance
is passed the law or rule is placed in the Town Code (the rules for the
